I'm a couple weeks in to my stopping smoking and considering this is my first attempt, I've been pretty pleased with myself. But the last couple days I've been sooooo crabby that I can barely stand to be around myself!! I've no intention of returning to smoking, but I suspect that my mood is from becoming tired of fighting the craving/withdrawals.
On the one hand, they don't seem that bad but on the other hand, I can't figure out why I can't shake this crabbiness! I'm using the Commit lozenge and they help take the edge off.
Anybody else endure this? Is this typical? Will it pass before I throw a temper tantrum at work? :p
