Tip Of The Day!

I'm planning to consolidate my exercises from years past for a checklist so I can graph and re-enforce my workouts.

Less weight on my joints and the extra energy and resilience has helped emotionally.

I agree with everything you've written, Josie!  It's unfortunate that the year when I've decided to make exercise a priority in my life, Anxiety decided to visit as well.  I do not believe that the two are related.  It's an unfortunate coincidence. I believe that the fact that I have a new passion for exercise and the outdoors has helped me to make good choices for my mental and physical health.

Topic: Tip of the day

Exercising is a great way to decrease anxiety and stress. Exercising causes a natural high that can last extended periods of time without the need of medications. If exercise is done in the great outdoors, the added benefit of sunlight and fresh air comes into effect, like  better moods and overall better health. Sleeping will also come easier. With the exercise alone, sleeping comes easier, which also assists to eliminate anxiety.
