It´s All Relative!

Journaling makes wonders for me. The problem is that sometimes I forgot to write and I get worse.

- I realized that most of my problems were due to my disease (bipolar) and not who I am
- My mood are always changing, even on the same day
- I got very anxious when I had some problem and then I get burned as a result
- Today I am feeling depressed
- I try to eat more or less healthy food
- I am angry for not being diagnosed sooner so I could have a better life today
- Most of the time I am sad
- I am having many difficulties in writing goals and this is the bigger frustration that I am having right now.

Are thoughts lurking in the back of your head?  Is there something troubling you? Write it down.  We spoke about journaling and writing down your thoughts and emotions, yet occasionally, there just isn’t the time, so point form!

Have your fun pad and pen near by!

Did you come to a realization?
Did your mood change?
Do you see a pattern?
How is your mood today?
What are you eating?
Are you angry?
Are you happy?
Did you reach a goal?

That’s right it is all relative!

Take the weekend and sort it out, knowing your triggers, emotions, situations, and food consumptions can move you forward and help better assess your situation.
