Hello Mink
I hope you are still hanging in there and if not try, try again. You are absolutely right smoking is an addiction and a pleasantry. It is hard to kick the Nicodemon out of your head but you can and it can be done and there are substitutes to ease the transition. The nicotine patch is what I used, a bit of gum chewing, lots of water, physical exercises and changing up my daily routines such as when I ate my meals, the time I went to bed, took a shower ate meals, and exercised... I vaguely remember drawing on that smoke and how it felt going into my lungs and the rush it provided but a distant memory that was just the dope rush. It stains your pearly whites destroy gum tissue and makes you smile unsightly to name a few. Of course we all die but hopefully not from that right. I'll stay tuned hope others can help you as well.
