Day 9 and feeling Fine!!!!  Back from my walk, showered and did my little ritual :)  Star on the calendar, $2 in the kitty and a different perfume on my wrist.  Ready to face another Jubilant smoke free day!

Definitely 'thinking' about cigs has diminished but certain times are still tough.  Waking up, after eating, etc.  A habit of 38 years just doesn't disappear in 8 days LOL!  I chew SF gum and visualize my lungs getting cleaner while doing deep breathing and smell my perfumed wrist until the urge subsides.
Or Walk...walking really helps me :)

Have stayed on my normal low fat/high fiber diet and regular exercise program so feel good about that.  I've always been a high energy, positive thinking person.  Just have to keep going and I will crack this thing, because I am a non-smoking Winner!!!!

Carol
