As I awoke this morning, it occurred to me that today is my 4th anniversary of being smoke free. I will have a cup of coffee, get a haircut, paint a wall and put up some cabinets to celebrate.....later I will take my wife to dinner and enjoy her company. Simple, quaint and alive. I am grateful for her support, as well as your support here.
I am a firm believer in the power of supporting each other in our efforts to quit. Addicts of nicotine understand what other addicts are experiencing. Your support helped to pull me out of some low moments, diverted my attention and kept me on track to keep the faith. Thank you.
Smoking sucks. You can quit and
Keep the quit,
Dave
