(its a GASP!!! rule!)You truly are an inspiration, you did it your way and you made it happen for yourself. It is a BIG DEAL to do what you did. The single most effective thing anyone could do to dramatically improve their health. Congratulations it has been a pleasure to know you.
Hi and thanks to everyone who posted kind words here. Like HotSiO2, I had some serious doubts when I started out with my warped little plan.
I don't believe I would have been successful without this board. The board has given me so much in terms of information, quit tools, accountability to the community, and most important, the supportive words and inspirational stories from everyone here.
...And now that I've been given this honor, I guess I'd better keep the quit, right? Nothing like having everyone's eyes on ya to keep a person accountable, eh?
Well done and deserved...You certainly have taken a very cerebral approach to this. The things you have done have paid off mightily for you and for all of the people that you have helped along the way...
Welcome to the HoF and congratulations on an award that is truly well deserved! I certainly had my doubts about you early on, but your non-traditional path to your freedom DID work for you! It just goes to show you that everyone's quit IS different!
