Wednesday, May 26th, 2010 is the 17th annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day. On this day, older adults throughout the U.S. will be participating in a variety of physical activities (swimming, aerobics, etc.). The main goal of this day is to promote health and fitness in older adults. Although, this day is recognized in the U.S., people all over the world can make an extra effort to be active on May 26th, 2010.
