Gosh I totally get it, Marie. I am not a depressive person but around 100 days, I really found myself wondering when or if I would EVER feel myself again. Some of the adrenalin and excitement of the quit was gone, but somehow "joy" seemed elusive. I wasn't in misery, I wasn't having craves, I wasn't full of anger - I was just blah.
The rewards helped (massages and great rafting trips)...but mostly it was just time. For me, it was really true, of needing to go through each of the seasons before I really felt myself again.
Hang in there like you are....and feel free to whine all you want. The people here were lifesavers for me.
