Thanks for all of your concern and support.
I have spent the better part of the last two days working with my doctor and at a clinic trying to figure out why I can't breath.
The weather is very humid, almost steamy, very damp, misty in the mornings, a bit of rain and just drippy damp. Breathing, I am having to learn all over to accomodate the humidity. It is intersesting because the same thing happened to me earlier in the summer.
This is I am sure a seasonal thing. My body remembers how poorly it breathed when I smoked and figures that is what is up know. My mind thinks oh he's struggling to breath all the way in he must be on the way to lighting up. My mind and body are remembering old ways and old patterns.
Got some swell new breathing routines and some good tips about how to be in humidity. I feel best when I get inside, turn on every dehumidification and air conditioning and cleaning device and hunker down.
So there is a reason for the stress, a reason for the fatigue and a reason for the smoking memories, the craving triggers that seemed to be building for days.
Looking forward to tomorrow when it is supposed to clearup and the air get better. Hope it does.
Cheers
Good night all
