renne2k, Congratulations on 9 months! Fear can be a good thing, if it motivates you in the right way. Keep maintaining your quit, you're doing great! Danielle ____________________________________ The SSC Support Team

renne2k, Congratulations on your 280 days, this is awesome. I think the fear is normal. Try not to think about failing. But it is always good to keep your guard up high. You're doing great, and I'm glad you remember why you quit. So be determined to win every battle that comes your way. Sometimes we do lose in chess games, but with the smoking game you have the power to win every time. So, I've made it 9 mo.s and some days. Not a puff. Not a single. Happy for it. Better immediately. Feel, sleep, dream, appetite, vigor, psych, etc. But... Biggest fear is falling back into the hole of smoking. I'm gonna. Really. But... Like chess, the game is played in many moves but lost in one or two. I'm gonna remember why and keep on keepin on. Feel great. Renne2k Tata Breath and live well.
