Hi Lebo86,

Wow! Congrats on over a year now. Thank you for sharing your story! I think believing in yourself may be the toughest part and you did it. :)

Hi Lebo86,
Congratulations on being a quitter for over a year now!  Each person has their own reason for wanting to quit, and each person has that "now I get it" moment that changes their mindset and puts them on the path to freedom from the addiction. Thanks for the words of encouragement.
Stay strong.

    Cigarettes Not Smoked

Hi guys! I'm Ali, I'm 32 years old.. I had my first cigarette when I was 10 years old,I thought it was cool to smoke because all the adults and teenagers are smoking cigarettes back in Lebanon.. Then at age 20 I started smoking regularly on daily basis for 11 years, but in the last few years.. My girlfriend tried to get me some help to quit smoking.. I tried multiple times! 3 years ago was my first attempt to quit it lasted couple months, then I tried again with champix, but the side effects of champix got me depressed so I gave up.. But never give up on quitting! Then last year I told myself that I can do this without anything, so I believed in myself that I want to quit on November 7th of 2017. Never want to smoke ever again in my life!!! Remember that if you fail to quit, don't give up on trying to quit smoking. One day you will quit and be healthy.
