Welcome and congratulations on becoming a non-smoker!! You have taken a couple of essential first steps and you have a great attitude.
So, small cravings can sometimes suddenly turn into ginormous cravings... do you have a strategy in place for when that happens? Have you been reading the program? Take a look at the Emergency Coping Plan just in case. They don't call this Hell Week for nothing!
What is working best so far for controlling your cravings? What is your biggest motivator to staying smoke-free?
I planned to quit today, but actually had my last smoke on Saturday night, went to bed saying "that's it". This isn't the first time, but praying it's the last. Things are really, really stressful at home, but they'd be stressful anyway, smoking isn't going to solve the problems. Maybe my quitting is the only thing I can control, and I plan to do just that, tired of being controlled by my addiction, and ready to take charge and be the one in charge. Small cravings...
