Welcome back!

Glad to have you!  What do you plan on doing differently on this attempt?  What has changed in you to get to this point?

Welcome back Lady! Just remember we have all been where you are this morning! You hit on two key "must haves" for a successful quit: preparation and attitude. You have to plan how you are going to handle triggers before they come up while continuously reminding yourself of all the positive benefits of quiting. If you want to quit you will! Stick with the SSC no matter what happens! You can do this!
All the best!

Lady, welcome back!  You know the drill!  Go back through "my program" and update it with all you've learned from your past quit.  I like your quit/crave cart of things to keep your hands busy and little rewards, as MM would call it!  Post as often as you need as somebody is always near by!  And like you said, one day at a time, one hour at a time, or one minute at a time, whatever it takes to say N.O.P.E. to the Nicodemon!  We're all rooting that this will be your final quit!

Welcome back! Don't be shy. Post as much as you want - especially during those bad, bad cravings. As you said it - do whatever it takes to stay quit. You can do this!!!
Keep the quit

I am doing this cold turkey I have plenty of gum, juice, water, runts, over 100 lollipops, and fruit.I am ready for this journey and I am going to do this One Day At A Time, sometimes I am sure it will be a minute at a time
