Hi Brian, welcome aboard.  You've made one of the best decisions you'll ever make.  This addiction is well worth giving up.  It DOES get easier with time, but in the beginning, iced water(thank you Llama!), snacks, deep breathing, walking...etc. will really help.  I relied on CSI, Law and Order, House,...oh, how the list goes on!  Hang in there.
