Hypnosis

16 years ago 0 3875 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I did hypnosis, twice. (back in 88) The first time I got a seven month quit out of it (and man was I relaxed)...but..went back to try again and no luck the second time around. I think any method will work, if you are prepared and ready to quit. Its like the difference between winners and losers. Winners are willing to do the work to get the results they want, losers are not. If you are willing, you will win! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 340 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,500 Amount Saved: $3,587.00 Life Gained: Days: 44 Hrs: 17 Mins: 5 Seconds: 11

I tryed it once back in 1974. I never really thought I was under as they say. I relaxed and listened to how bad the cigarette taste and how awful the smell was. They were right but it didn't keep me from smoking. I think I was under the empression that the thought would just leave my head and that would be it. I know now that the only way to quit is for you to not want to smoke more than you want to. It is so true that you can do anything YOU WANT to do. If you don't really want to it doesn't matter what you use. It won't work. If you want to you can quit without anything. A made up mind is the key.
