Thank you all so very much for the boost. Just a little stressed out yesterday, my husband hurt his hand and required stitches on two fingers, his hand is all wrapped up. He has a sense of humor about it, I got too nervous for my own good. I'm usually good in these types of situations, He lit a cigarette and I took it away from him. Should not have done that, felt bad afterward, but he said don't. Just don't take another one. He's right. So I'm calmer now, he's fine and I'm just hanging on. I'll get there. Keep me going, I need all the support I can get. Thank you all again My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/10/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 180 Amount Saved: $36.00 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 5 Mins: 41 Seconds: 6

Shutterbug, Your doing a great job. Keep your quit seperate from your husband. It is all about you!! It's gonna be all about you for awhile. So...pamper yourself. Make sure to give yourself small rewards often. People don't realize how important rewards are. I didn't till I used them. How are you doing now? Hi Shutterbug! I remember being right where you are and I sympathise with you deeply :| It's good that you keep busy, it really helps with craves and being tired.... it also helps with any depression you might have from your quit. All of your withdrawl symptoms will pass, believe me they really do. You just have to stay strong while you go through this and before you know it the worst will be over. Another day smoke free, still sleeping too much. Afraid to sit down and relax because I fall asleep. bummers! On my way to run errands in the rain. Feels good to be alive! Hang in there everyone. I still fight the urge to light up, my husband is still smoking. If we both quit at once, we would probably be at each others throats. Hanging on for one more day!
