How are you Straightflop? The first day is the hardest, but any new committment is a little scary. Believe me, it gets easier when the fog clears! Way to go, straightflop! Yes! Use this site as a replacement for smoking. What treat could you give yourself when you get up from a nap? I assume you're too big to sit on your momma's lap and listen to a story? You are doing great! Be proud of yourself...and pamper yourself these first few weeks. -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 82 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,280 Amount Saved: $557.60 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 13 Mins: 1 Seconds: 11

Well this is by far the best I've done without any type of nic replacement. Almost done with my first day of being free. I must say I stopped by these forums a few times today just to re-ensure I was not going cray. Took a nap after getting home from work and this is the hardest. I usually go smole right after naps to help wake me up. I'm good though. A few more hours and i'll be asleep and we shall see what happens tomorrow.
