Hi, everyone. My name is Heather, I 've smoked for well over 30 years and tried several different ways to quit. I have tried many of the suggestions I've seen here such as rewarding myself, telling myself that withdrawal is healing, etc. I've tried the patch many times, lozenges, gum, wellbutrin, cold turkey & hyonosis. The only thing I have not tried is asking for help & support. I have read lots of posts on this site & am struck by the humour, empathy & real concern you all have for each other. I haven't set a quit date yet & I don't know what method I will try this rime but I already feel encouraged and optimistic that this time will be the last time. Lookign forward to chatting with all of you as I progress to my destination!
