safcom, Congratulation on day six!!! You really should give yourself a pat on the back and it's a motivation for me to hear that "you feel good" You also helped me out and I'm taking it one hour at a time right now. Keep writing!!! Ky Keep working at it!! You are doing great. You can do this. I know it is hard, been there, but it is doable. Are you drinking lots of water and do you have things like suger-less candy, or stir sticks or something like that to help you? It does get easier, really it does. Keep going, we have faith in you and we are all behind you! Keep posting if that helps. :) I will say a prayer for you. Hello Everyone Well day six is here and after yesterday I feel good. My resolve is strong and taking it one day at a time I know it can be done. This place is great and thanks for all the messages yesterday in my 'hell day', you guys and girls really give me inspiration. I know I can't do it on my own, but here in this forum I CAN! Have a great day everyone, it does get better and easier. One day at a time, one hour at a time or one minute at a time, but it 'can be done' ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/14/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 6 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 189 Amount Saved: 60 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 23 Mins: 31 Seconds: 46
