Hi everyone, much better day today. The craves are pretty minimal, guess maybe I didn't blow to bad by getting right back on track, I hope. I certainly don't recommend falling on your arse!!I certainly took some blows to my self-esteem and my pride. Arse is still a little tender also. Today is a new day and I'm loving being smoke-free. I am using the patch and some hard candy and been reading a lot here. Went out to breakfast with my ex this morning, actually had a nice time. Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Love to you all, Auntie My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/22/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 1 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 71 Amount Saved: $11.06 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 4 Mins: 36 Seconds: 2
