Well I am starting day four. I have a funeral to attend today. Also getting ready to go out of town for a few days. We are going to visit our daughter and her family. Can't wait to see the kids. The cravings have been pretty stong at moments, but they do pass. I have things to keep me busy and plan to keep it that way. My daughter and her husband do not smoke so that will make it more comfortable. Things are going well. Hope everyone is have a great day. I will be checking in while I am out of town.
