Hey Duckman, Im not feeling that great about my quit yet but I really look forward to that day that it looks strange when someone lights up. Right now all I notice is every movie I seem to watch they are all smoking. I just never noticed that before. Thanks for the great story. Hi, Duckman. Long time, no read. Congrats on 8 months quit. That is fantastic! :) Even better is that your daughter has joined you and you're getting closer. Wonderful news. Hello all. I haven't been back to this site in a long long time. Thought I would drop in to see if I saw any old friends and conversations. I see a couple that a new quit time. Good for you. You know who you are. For me it's anothe month in the bank. Tomorow will be eight (8) months. I have not looked back. My life is totally different now and I am happier and more at peace with myself and the world. Smoking for me and everyone around me is way in the past. When I see someone light up it looks very strange. Daughter quit also and has joined me at the Y. We now work out togeather about three (3) times a week and have grown closer through throwing those terrible sticks away. Good luck to all. Remember don't ever look back.
