Congratulation, I am 28 years old and smoking 10 years, and I have tried to give up about 5- 6 times , but now I am sure for good.I learned 1 lesson DO NOT SMOKE EVEN ONE PUFF EVER: :). It is great to have family for support but also you need to make it clear in your head and do not give up. ;)

Hello Everyone, It has been a while since I have posted last. I have been busy with work and everyday life. But I have been successful in quitting, today is DAY 16! I am proud of myself, my friends and family have been supportive for the most part. I have alot of family who would be ashmed to see me go back to smoking I know this for sure. So in a weird way this has helped me I think. Anyhow for yous who don't remember me or haven't read my previous posts. Im 26 and have smoked for 10 years or more. And today is Day 16 of being smoke free! Just thought I'd get in touch with the one's who sent thier support over the last couple weeks! THANKYOU all!
