Hi, Yes this is a great site. I am still learning and have been on the site for about 10 days and still learning. Everyone is great and it has been a great help. I have been having a hard time but it seems to be getting better. I am still on the patch and worried about the day I come off. I was wondering what the cold laser treatment is that you have done? I've been smoke free for 24 days now. My boyfriend and I did the cold laser treatment together. I still have mental urges but have found this website to be very helpful. It's nice to know your not alone and this is a tough battle worth winning. I'm still trying to navigate this site so I hope to join in more discussions. Good Luck to everyone on this site!
