Tonight after work, I will prepare a fairly lengthy post concerning why and how I broke free from the CAMEL LIGHT death grip. I will be thinking about my quiting process today and do my best to actually re-live the ordeal that most of you are living right now. This way...I will put myself back into the emotional turmoil and physical ferocity of the situation. I will try to go into detail about the actual process I used to I will advise you from a smokers point of view and then...finally...from a smoke free individual's perspective. If I can help just one of you to quit and live a long, healthy life...I will be satisfied. John
