Take a deep breath. You CAN do this. Quitting is not easy, but it IS most certainly doable and quitting won't kill you but smoking most certainly will!!! Just remember that if you get through today, you are one day closer to never feeling like this ever again... and this doesn't last forever, I promise you. By now, all of the nicotine should be out of your system (IF you quit cold turkey) and you're more than 1/2 way out of Hell Week. Hurray for that! Just keep going. Drink lots of water and fruit juice and use those coping tools. It's not easy, but it's definitely worth it. Congratulations on 4 days!
