Welcome Judy. This is the greatest place on earth to quit smoking. Use the program tools to the left. They will really help you. Quitting isn't easy but it is doable. The people here are awesome and you won't find greater support anywhere. Congratulations on your decision to quit! You won't regret it. Judy, Congratulations on your first day and welcome to the site! I, too, tried quitting many many many times, but this site was the answer for me! I honestly wouldn't be quit without it. Read and post as much as you can... it really does help. Congratulations on quitting and I hope to see your posts around. Crave the Quit! Hi Judy, welcome to the site. Today is my first day of my second quit. I made it 10 weeks before and I know you can do this quit thing too. Are you trying the patch or anything. I am and I think it does help with the cravings but I still thought about smokes all day. Just had to take a deep breath and tell myself I'm gonna be a winner this time, gotta be tough and strong!!!!!!! Hang in there junebug ;)
