maybe some candy or sunflower seeds? Keep congratulating yourself for the gift you're giving yourself. Plan a reward for making it through work without smoking - rent a DVD? Have a bubble bath? Buy a favorite magazine? Do word finds or crossword puzzles Take a walk Go swimming Go bowling Argue with the old smoking you Read and post here You're doing great! Just a day or two more of this and you will feel much better. Just take it one day, one hour, one minute at a time. -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 83 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,320 Amount Saved: $564.40 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 15 Mins: 15 Seconds: 52

Yes, nauseousness and tiredness are normal! Some people feel light headed too. Hang in there. Deep breaths help! Just try to get thru the workday and relax when you get home. Your quit is most important, make time for it first and you will get there! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 100 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,500 Amount Saved: $1,055.00 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 6 Mins: 14 Seconds: 20

Thanks Bobbi and all, I am doing it cold turkey. I have been thinking of it for months and the other night I just told myself that was it. I crumbled up any smokes I and said no more smoking. I am drinking lots of water and fruit juice. I have to be at work so i wish i could nap but i cannot. I now know that since I made it past day one i have to make it past day 2. I almost feel nauseous. Is this normal? Thanks My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 1 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 24 Amount Saved: $5.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 4 Mins: 27 Seconds: 19

Like they said breath, lots of water, go for a walk if you can, come here and read, and if you can a nap. I like to run away to my bed when things get tense. Pace, call a friend, get an old paper or magazine and tear it apart. Just don't smoke and you will okay. Keep the Quit Sparky My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/30/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 44 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 440 Amount Saved: $132.00 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 23 Mins: 26 Seconds: 59
