Rock, I wish in were in San Francisco. Although the snow plowing crews have thrown the snow onto the sidewalks, I can still find places to march, and I'm doing so proudly.

Its a beautiful day for a parade! I'm marching in warm and sunny San Francisco today! So much better than marching in cold and snowy Columbus! I'm proud of my 901 smoke free days! Congrats to everybody who had a smoke free weekend!!!

Hello all :)

Day 6 of my CT Quit! I made it through the weekend - YAY! - I went to a friend's birthday party - and said 'No Thanks, I don't smoke' to cigarettes there. I explained my new quitting strategy to my family - N.O.P.E - and am sticking to it! Hope everyone else here is doing well and keeping your quit too!
