Congrats SMC!  Those 30 days sure do look good on you!!  Think of this...if you were still smoking, whatever bug you're coming down with would be hitting you SO much harder!  Without that nasty smoke, you'll recover much quicker!!

1 Month down and life to go! I feel like telling everyone. It went by fast and looking back it was not all that hard. Bicycling was a good thing to do. I actually am in a lot better shape than I was 30 days ago. But since yesterday evening  I have been battling a bug of some kind.  NOPE
