Thank you Jan , Penitent , Mr. Q , Lainey , Kelly and Josie. At the start I was wishing the days to be over but now they've gone fast. As it turned out today my neighbour brought over some lobster so I decided to make a fish chowder. So that was the reward. PEI lobster and Newfoundland cod , scallops and potatos. Don't thinl it gets better than that. I did share though. Allways nice when somebody shows up with food. Thanks again. Excellent.  breather 203 Addict still 0

Hello all. What can I say. Didn't expect to see this. I guess I'll start at the begining. Thank you Rock , the acheivements keep ticking by and we're getting there one second at a time. Marivi , you're doing awesome.  Sparky , remember HALT and don't leave before the miracle happens , although I think it already happened. Thank you Sarah and the mods , you don't get enough credit sometimes. Jim , you were the first to post last November , Thanks again. Tresa , I'm in awe of your stats , can't wait to see that 60,000 not smoked, sweet. Bob , I'm not worried about you anymore , you've got it. And Dave , ditto , how are you now ? My name's Don and I'm an addict. I'll be an addict until 3 days after I'm dead. Just not a using one.  My main concern is for the addict that still suffers. Although I don't post all the time now I'm still here and still reading. If you're new here relax , read and stick around a while. You're the most important person here because you tell me it isn't any better now than it was before. Stopping smoking might be the hardest thing you've ever done in your life but by far the most rewarding. The old lie of once an addict always an addict is dead and we've proved it. Who cares about the addict that still suffers ? I do. breather 199 Addict 0
