hi everyone. 11 months ago today i started a journey that i never thoght id be where i am today. cannot believe in 1 month it will be a year. im here at this milestone only because i took it one day at a time. ive had some really bad times but i chose not to smoke. this past week has been a real test for me. lots has gone on and i have a feeling if i have had any around i probably would of slipped. so ive learned a lesson which all of us should always remember DONT KEEP THEM AROUND.my days are getting much better and now the days zip bye. thanks to all of you who have helped me along my journey.
