Wow, this is hard to believe. 120 days!! There was a time (in the beginning of my quit) that I thought I was going to be crazy by this time. Seems everyone here was right again. It does get better. For those of you who helped me get this far, I say thank you. For those of you just starting your quit, I say you can do this. I am about as bad as they come, I smoked many Many years, didn't think I was addicted and was being forced to quit so I could breath. Through this program I have learned how to change my way of thinking. and now I am NOT a smoker for 120 days!!!! Good for me.
