i am now at 7 months. im proud of myself and all of us here.when i entered into this 7 months ago i wasnt sure i would make it. ive made it so far only bye the grace of God and ssc and the people here. i found as i was going thru some difficult times with withdrawl that if i told myself no i wont smoke now. if i feel this way tomorrow then maybe i will then. it kept my sanity and i never did take that just one puff. it hasnt been easy but i know i did the right thing.
