LucyLu My cravings really started to disapear after three motnhs, you are almost there. Soon you will be glad you did not start the process over and by taking that one nasty puff. Hang tuff, you are doing just fine. LucyLu, Unfortunately, it will take some time before your cravings dissapear. What method are you using? Just like you said, keep up using your coping strategies and keep up with your rewards. You'll get there, just takes time. Danielle ______________________ The SSC Support Team

Today I hit 9 weeks smoke free. I don't know about anybody else but I am still having cravings. Lots of them. I have to talk my self down every day. I know it will get better because everyone says so. I guess I need to take it one day at a time. Anyway 9 weeks, I deserve something, soooo "ATTA A GIRL" for me, from me.
