I haven't posted in a while - have not thought about cigarettes that much lately - its getting easier -
I'm starting to feel like a non-smoker vs an ex-smoker - big difference. the main difference to me is that I am no longer pre-occupied with smoking, i.e. in every possible situation I was in, thinking about how much better it could have been with a smoke. It seems like i have crossed a bridge - i know there'll be challenges ahead - but Ive definintely been in a different place for the last 2 to 3 weeks, and I've just realized it. There must be something to the 3 month statistic
115 days - sounds good, feels good - hope you are all doing well
