I did most of smoking from 4pm until I went to bed. Didn't smoke in the house only outside on the front deck with no cover. Otis

First off Otis... Congratulations on 60 smoke free days! Sure hope you have a reward planned :) Also, I too had and still occasionally have my worse craves in the evening. I think that was the time of day when I got all settled in for the night, put my feet up and had some down time just for me. It was and still is the most enjoyable part of my day. Anyway, celebrate your smoke free days because you deserve it! ((((((hugs)))))) Monica58 My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 47 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 948 Amount Saved: $423 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 7 Mins: 55 Seconds: 33

A huge congratulations to you Otis for 60 smoke free days. Keep that quit going strong. I think everyone's craves can hit at different times. Mine seem to hit between 3 and 7 pm. Hope you're enjoying the cruise ship! Ya know Otis....if I have a tough time it is always at 8 O'clock in the evening....wonder why that is? Did you smoke more at night? I can't say that I did but hummm I wonder??? I really try to remember that these are just thoughts...I can make em go away if I try hard enough. What is triggering your craving? Try some relaxation techniques before bed and ease into your sleep . 60 days is amazing and this will pass, so start planning a reward :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
