This week I will hit 500 non-smoking days. I am so proud of myself! I never would have made it without the initial support of SSC.
Although I do not visit as often as I use to, I am happy to see my October 2005 fellow quiter Butterfly still smoke free.
I have refered several co-workers to SSC and we are now 5 SSC smoke free member at our work site. So posting is not the only way you can support others efforts to quit.
Hang in there all your newbies it is so worth the work- better health and more money without cigs- life is great.
