A few more days, another weekend on the ticking clock.
Travelling in the frozen and frigid, icy cold was a challenge. Much like the previous life, that other life. I hated going out in the cold and shivering as I would rigidly puff on that smelly piece of weed wrapping in frozen paper. UGH!
Noticing, today I look at the time when I smoked as that other life. Interesting cause my life is so very very different now than it was as I smoked. There is an ease to get through many simple everyday items. I have much more time.
Celebrating. Cheering you on and being very thankful for the blessings that are mine every day.
Ciao
Phillip :)

So yes I am celebrating and as each Friday rolls around I get more and more and more excited.
This quitting experience has for me been a life saving and life changing shift. That I have quit totally rocks my world. I can do more and go farther than I have in decades. So here I am this old guy who has found a new lease on life. So yeah I complained and I was afraid and I really sometimes just could not understand "WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH ME" and here I am just 2 weeks away from a year and woohoo, I am alive and free.
I will keep posting about how this has changed my world because being free of the ravages of smoke, being able to breath, being able to run and play, being able to smell and being able to be not smelt :eg: , has given me a whole new lease on life.
I know I have given myself a fantastic gift. Each of you quitters out there is giving yourself a fantastic gift. Keep on going, keep on finding the freedom and keep on giving yourself the gift of life.
So celebrating this weekend here in Toronto. Cheers
Phiullip
