Thank you so much for celebrating this huge milestone with me - all of you. I remember the first few weeks just wanting to be at 6 months coz i knew i wouldnt be going through the cravings. If you can get through 5 mins then another 5, you WILL get there. I learnt just take one step at a time. I have learnt so much about myself, my strengths, my weaknesses. I have learnt how to deal with challenges without smoking and with relative ease. I have made some really great friends who are just an amazing tower of strength - i really appreciate you all. You are what made the difference for me. Its such an amazing feeling and i really am so very proud :) Thank you once again guys :) I have such a HUGE smile on my face.
