Wowwwww what an accomplishment for me. Now its my turn to be the supporter as well; as my partner has also quit. Yeah Yeah Yeah. She has decided to use the patch to give her a boost and so far she has managed to complete 1 week. She has also chosen not to be as active as I have been with this site and I have accecpted that as being OK. Everybody has to do their own quit in there own way and all I want is to be supportive in any way that I can. I have noticed that now that there are no cigs in the house, I'm having more of a craving but as long as I use my stop smoking methods that I learned here I can withstand the urges. I just found that to be a kind of wierd thing to happen. Perhaps it is a test for me knowing that I will again be around heavy smokers when bowling season starts back up in 2 weeks. I am so thankful that all the smokers have to go outside now. I just have to stay away from the temptation of sneaking one from the packs left on the table. I will stay around the non-smokers and remember to drink lots of WATER and NOT BEER. I am not much a drinker so the beer is not a problem. Happy to be a non-smoker and have a non-smoking partner. We are going to start saving the cig money and use it for a vacation.
