Over 100 days now... wow... I'm impressed and proud of myself... over 100 days, of breathing easier, being more calm, being able to play with my 4 yr old... not spending every dime I have.... just loving who I'm becoming without the haze around me...
Just wanted to pop in, I'm just realizing how far I've come, and yes I know I'm not around much... I've found that when I am around a lot I have more smoking dreams lol... but in all this time I've stopped wanting to smoke... every now and then I'll have this fleeting thought "Now is when I would smoke a cigarette if I still smoked" but that's it... after that I feel fine.. it's not an urge, or want, simply a realization of who I used to be... and who I'm NOT any more... and I'm loving it!
So thanks to all of those who've come before me and helped me....and good luck to all the "newbies" that have joined in the last couple of months... if I can do it, you can do it!
Remember the Bumblebee... the Bumblebee shouldn't be able to fly, with that big heavy body, and those tiny fragile wings, but no one's ever told the Bumblebee that! She flies simply because she believes she can! Remember... The Bumblebee can fly and so can I! You can do ANYTHING if you just BEElieve in yourself!
*hugs*
