Thanks all! It hasn't been pretty, but the beach is nice. Even dreamt about it last night- which was a nice change from the usual smoking dream thing! If there's one thing to be said for the newbies, it's that if someone like myself can get through this just on stubborn refusal to have even one puff, then I believe the whole lot of you can do this!
