Water

Hi all,

We often hear that it is important for good heatlh to drink lots of water each day, and it great for dealing with cravings, but is some water better than others?

The highest quality, most pure water is that which has been filtered by reverse osmosis. Distilled and purified water are also excellent. Tap water is cleaned but not very pure, and often, nor is bottled spring water.

Check labels or invest in a product or system to maximize your healthy efforts!
