Nick,
You must have taken Tabbyh's message to heart.  Good going. You took what was a bad situation and turned it back in your favor.  It might even have made your resolve greater so that's great.  Just remember NOPE because most have a hard time to get back on the saddle when they slip even one puff.  Consider yourself a little lucky it's worked in your favor.
Ron

Nick..It is crazy how we became friends  here and have been going through the same things together at maybe one day apart..I ask when i first started for a stop smoking buddy and I found one..you are a month ahead of me on the experience but we seem to be dealing with things at the same time...Don't down yourself to bad it want help..just learn from it and get back on that wagon like your doing and lets stop this insane cycle we are on..

like i already told you don't drink that water please..every time I see that it makes me go YUUK..

That month was not wasted and yes you may have to reset your meter but really all you lost was a day..those 30 days mean so much and be very proud of them..You sound like me because you keep saying stop waiting to not have a cigarette just don't have it..we are non- smokers so lets get back to it and start living like one..

Listen to yourself because you give great advice..all you gotta do is start following it yourself..stay strong and well
