Thanks for all the support.  I will be back, but can't promise when.  MM I really did enjoy our talk.  You have been and are a great friend.  I had seriously thought about not saying anything and just keep going, but as most of you know I can't do that.  Plus the fact that Jewelyluv had a situation and I gave my strong opinion on what I thought about smoking and not changing your quit date.  I have to live by my convictions, so the confession.  I have a very long history of quitting and then giving in.  Thought I understood it this time and thought this was the quit for me.  Now it is back to preparation and soul searching.  I will be watching and reading and I will jump in every once in awhile.  In the mean time stay true to your quit and breath and smell good.  (((HUGS))).  So far no cops at my door

Big hugs, dear friend.  It was nice talking to you on the phone the other day, and I expressed my feelings in my email to you.  Don't disappear from here or I'll send the cops to your doorstep again!

Sparkles,

Come back and do the quit again.  You keep trying, and over 100 days of being smoke free has its benefits.  Hoping you keep on it, and dont leave.  If I have to whip you into shape, I will, just as you did with my quit.

Hey Sparky,

Dust yourself off, pick a stop date, go through the glove compartment and ready, set,   get 'er done!!!

We know this is no easy task, but you CAN do this....grab a hand, a quit buddy, a plan, ice water and lets do this.

We are all cheering for your success...hurry back.....

Sparky,
Sorry to hear you slipped.  It can happen to any one of us.  The nicodemon can be ruthless.  But knowing you as I do, I know you'll never quit quitting!
Don't leave the boards, even if you just want to read right now, and you know we'll all be here waiting with open arms when you're ready.

Thinking of you,

Sparkster,
Sorry to hear you smoked again. I think everyone has offered you good advice and support. Now it's up to you. You CAN do this. Really. But, you know that already. Learn from it and move on, okay?
Love you

Hey Sparky!!!

NEVER quit quitting and don't stay away long!  Really think about what Tabby wrote, Don't relapse, don't give up and get back up on that horse!  Get "I can't" out of your vocabulary and get that PMA going again, OK???

Huggggg

You know the code here......Never Quit Quitting.
Dust yourself off and grab hold of the hands and help that's being offered.
You do well in your own Quit when you are helping others do well in theirs......So.....you got to keep doing that.
And you can't do that if you aren't here.
We're waiting for you.

Keep the Quit
Bob
