What a wonderful idea, Kayla!
And so nice that your coworkers and daughters invested in your quit by helping you.

How about you adding these to your fish bowl.
Light some scented candles.
Have a glass of wine with your dinner.
Take a nice warm bubble bath .
Curl up with a good book one you've been wanting to read for a long time. Get the idea something for you. :)

I just wanted to share with all of you something that was suggested to me to help get through the cravings and some rough spots. I have a fish bowl at work and at home. In it I put pieces of paper with suggestions on things to do to get past those tough times. Simple things for work like clean out junk from my desk, take a 10 min walk break, Take deep breaths while counting backwards, Wipe down my desk. At home I put in things that last longer to get past the boredom, take a walk, Clean my daughters room (that'll keep me busy for a year), clean the fridge etc.... Most of the papers have things to get me past the craving. Any time I have a strong urge I pick out a piece of paper and do what it says. By the time I'm done the urge is gone. I just thought this might help out for some. It's helped keep my Cuban temper in check and the tears to a minimum. My co-workers and daughter helped me fill the fish bowl with lots of ideas. Best wishes!!
Kayla
