Hi Wazz, if you dont have a list of coping skills you need to make one,I smoked outside so the pc wasent a trigger for me,Lets see maybe you could suck on a hard candy, or i used altoids, just remember while your sitting there YOU DONT SMOKE ANYMORE, you will learn to adjust to being at your PC with out a smoke, WOW just think no more ASHEY messes on your desk, think of the good reasons to be sitting there without smoking, it does get better, gotta hang tough :) I would love to see you make this quit iam in your cheering section, Tresa My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/8/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1914 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 38,280 Amount Saved: $6,699.00 Life Gained: Days: 269 Hrs: 21 Mins: 6 Seconds: 5

Ok I have a question and I need help. When first quitting its important to watch out for triggers. When for me and I am sure I am not alone the PC is a trigger. So how do I stay on here reading post's and threads without going outta my mind wanting and wanting. The cravings seem to grow stronger the longer Im at the comp. Sure I can walk away and come back but it starts all over again. So far Ive fought the demonds off but I want to know if anyone has any good advice on getting through cravings without avoiding the comp all together.
