Gin, you are not the first one to smoke and come back. Look at me the Queen of slips. The most important thing for you remember is never ever give up on quitting. NEVER!!!! I won't tell you have many tries I have had, but someone gave that advice to me and I took it. The sad thing is you think you want to smoke and then you do; then you are kicking yourself all over the place. Stop it. Look at what happen put it into your learning box and get on with your quit. Make a plan for tomorrow. Get on line, sit down and read someting inspirational, take a quite moment and breath, listen to yourself breath. Just don't smoke for the moment. We are all here for you. Keep the Quit Sparky

Good for you Gin! You're going to be okay once you get past this. Dig in and get it done, you knew it wasn't going to be easy. Something new, better and easier is needed for the mornings. There is so much to choose from. Stop beating yourself up, Gin. That won't accomplish anything. Lots of us have had slips. Try to figure out why it happened & put a coping strategy in place for that situation so it doesn't happen again. Good for you for getting right back on, that can be really hard. Hoping tomorrow will be better won't accomplish anything either. You know mornings are hard, so be prepared for that, know it's going to be tough, dig in & make sure it's better. You have collected lots of suggestions for getting through the mornings, Gin, but ultimately it's up to you to do it. You can do it, you know you can & you know how. Take my hand, get back up here & start over. I'm beating myself up right now. Don't know what came over me but I slipped and had a few cigarettes. The thing is I didn't enjoy them. So I'm back on track tonight and hope tomorrow morning won't be too hard on me. Mornings are the worse for me. Time to change that.
